Day-to-Day availability
Most Avios redemption tools only offer users Day-to-Day availability and alerts, which can only
track what dates are available, and not the specific flights you want to focus on.

sign up to Gold Reward Flight Finder membership, you don’t have
to settle for Day-to-Day availability anymore when you’re
looking to book a reward flight redemption - even with your Amex

You can limit your RFF searches and Alerts to specific airports
By using this filter you can make sure you fly to or from the most convenient location for you, on routes where BA and Iberia serve multiple airports. British Airways fly to New York from both London Heathrow and London Gatwick airports, for example.
If you live south of London, the chances are that you'd prefer to
travel from Gatwick. Or say you’ve booked a family holiday to
Portugal, and the closest airport to your hotel is Porto, instead of
Lisbon, Faro, Funchal or Ponta Delgada. Using our
Flight-by-Flight availability features we can help you cut down
your search to the exact airports you want to use.
You can filter for specific flight times when searching or creating Alerts
If you live south of London, the chances are that you'd prefer to
travel from Gatwick. Or say you’ve booked a family holiday to
Portugal, and the closest airport to your hotel is Porto, instead of
Lisbon, Faro, Funchal or Ponta Delgada. Using our
Flight-by-Flight availability features we can help you cut down
your search to the exactly airports you want to use.
If the time you want isn’t available when you search, simply set
an advanced RFF Alert by timeframe and we’ll only Alert you to
available seats at those specific flight times. It might even be
as simple as you personally prefer to fly at night, so you can
sleep on your journey, or you want to arrive on your holidays to
your destination as early as possible to make the most of the
beach or pool. Whatever your reason, we’ll help you find seats
for the exact time you want to fly.
You can set and receive Alerts whenever an additional flight becomes available
Even if there is already another flight available on the same
day. You won't be in the dark, and will know *exactly* what is
available. This means that you can weigh up your options and opt
for the particular flight that suits you best.
When you’re making plans, you might have an ideal itinerary, for example, however, you’re also happy to consider a Plan B scenario. This feature is particularly useful if you’ve got a specific destination in mind - whether it’s for work or a leisurely getaway.
You can set up your searches and Alerts to only watch specific flight numbers
If you prefer a certain aircraft for their configuration, such as the Airbus A380, with their snazzy upper deck, over the Boeing 777, you can use our Flight-by-Flight availability features to select and track that particular flight number and ensure you snap up those reward seats.

You can configure an Alert to watch a specific flight on a specific day
Which is priceless if you’re looking to find reward seats so you can join a travel companion who has already booked their flight and you want to fly together, or you want to upgrade a booking you’ve already made using cash or Avios.
Say you decide to accompany your friend on their already booked flight to Cape Town, simply set up an Alert for that specific flight, on that specific day, and we’ll Alert you instantly when it becomes available for you to book.

If you know the dates you want to travel, but you’re not set on a particular destination, and you’re looking for some inspiration - we’ve got you! Simply open up our Worldwide Map, tell us your travel dates and departing airport, and we’ll show you all British Airways and Iberia routes with reward seat availability across all cabin classes. Then it’s just a case of choosing your favourite!
The ability to set up to 20 Alerts at once
Don’t limit yourself to one chance to get notified of reward seat availability at any given time. Lots of our members use this capability to set up a number of Alerts at once to plan their Avios travel across the whole year, or if they’re looking for a particular seat on a particular route, but have a number of alternatives they’re happy to book if that one doesn’t become available.
Advanced Alert settings
