Updating your payment details

If you're an Elite member and you want to change the credit/debit card or bank account you're paying from, click here. Usually, this is a simple online process, but we might ask you to email us at [email protected] to make the change.

If you're paying by Direct Debit using your bank account and you switch bank accounts using the UK's Current Account Switching Service, your details will be updated automatically.
