Managing your alerts
To manage your alerts, head to the "My Alerts" page. You'll need to log in to your account.
You can get to the "My Alerts" page at any time by clicking the "My Alerts" link in the top-right of your screen while you're logged in.
You'll see a list of all of your active alerts for both British Airways and Virgin Atlantic, including the time when they were last checked.
To cancel an alert, click the "Cancel" button. To see the current availability, click "View availability".
